Documents required for UAE visa extension application

• Scanned copy of guarantor's passport's first, last and visa pagese
• Scanned copy of guarantor's Emirates ID
• Scanned colour copy of the first and last page of your passport
• The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages
• Scanned colour copy of your passport-size photograph taken against a white background
• Guarantor’s U.A.E residence visa copy with a minimum validity of 3 months

Dubai Visa Eligibility:

Before applying for a Dubai Visa, make sure you meet all the eligibility requirements. Dubai provides visa for single entry and multi entry visa for the applicants who are planning to visit Dubai for different purposes. Applicants can get the visa for 30 days on arrival, and for further extension of visa, you need to contact the immigration of UAE.

Eligibility of US citizens:

American citizens don't need to have a visa to visit Dubai, their regular passport will work. But they will eligible if they have:

• Original passport bearing signatures of the holder having a validity of 6 months.
• Confirmed round-trip airline ticket.

Eligibility of NON-US citizens:

• Original passport having validity of 6th months.
• Airline tickets
• GCC ( Gulf Cooperation Countries) nationalists do not require a visa to visit Dubai. A permit is needed.
• Tourist visa is available for all for a short period of time from 96 hours to 14 days or up to 90 days.

Time Period

Visit Visa:

Duration of the visit visa is 14 days but if someone wants to extend the duration then it is extendable to 30 days (short term) or to 90 days (long term). An extra fee has to be paid along with the visa fee which will be refundable when the person leaves the country.

Multiple-entry Visa:

The duration of this visa is 6 months and the time period for stay is 30 days. This kind of visa is non-renewable.

Transit Visa:

These have a short duration of up to 96 hours for the people staying in Dubai only.
